Identification

Acceptable Forms of Identification Include:

• Driver's License

• State Issued ID Card

• U.S. Passport

• Foreign Passport Stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services

• U.S. Military ID Card

• Veteran Health ID Card Issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs

• Florida Inmate ID Card (issued on or after January 1, 1991), for an inmate who is in the Custody of the Florida Department of Corrections

• Inmate ID Card issued by the United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, for an inmate who is in the custody of the department

• ID Issued by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services
